Wendy Savoy

I grew up in Florida, I went on to become an entrepreneur, owning two restaurants in Atlanta GA and several other businesses. I have an Interior Design Degree as well as a Degree in Education. I became a Realtor in 2011; in my typical style, to stay on top and remain educated for my clients, I obtained designations as a "seller representative specialist", "real estate negotiation expert" as well as an "accredited buyer representative".  I also became a member of the Realtors Honor Society in 2017. I have years of expertise with Buyers, Sellers, Short Sales, Foreclosures, New Construction and Property Management. I am thrilled to be a part of Coldwell Banker Trahan Real Estate Group.
