About Wendy Savoy

Wendy Savoy brings a unique combination of real estate expertise, business experience, negotiation training, and client-focused service to every transaction. Originally from Florida, Wendy later became an entrepreneur in Atlanta, Georgia, where she owned two restaurants along with several other businesses before transitioning into real estate in 2011. Since becoming a Realtor, Wendy has built a reputation for being knowledgeable, responsive, and solution-oriented while helping clients navigate both the emotional and strategic sides of buying and selling real estate. Serving clients throughout Acadiana and surrounding Louisiana markets, she has experience with residential sales, buyer representation, new construction, relocation, short sales, foreclosures, and property management. Committed to staying educated and ahead of the industry for the benefit of her clients, Wendy earned several advanced professional designations including: Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR) Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE) She was also honored as a member of the Realtors Honor Society since 2017 and recognized as a 2025 Top Agent by BestAgents.us. In addition to her real estate background, Wendy holds degrees in Interior Design and Education — giving her a strong eye for presentation, staging, and helping clients understand the process from beginning to end. Now expanding her expertise into mortgage lending as a Mortgage Loan Originator, Wendy brings a broader understanding of both the real estate and financing sides of a transaction. Her philosophy is simple: “Because when we communicate better, deals stay together.” When she’s not working for her clients, she enjoys spending time with her husband, children, grandchildren, and beloved dogs. If there’s a chance to be at the beach, that’s probably where you’ll find her. She believes real estate is ultimately about helping people confidently move into their next chapter.
