Wendy grew up in Florida, she went on to become an entrepreneur, owning two restaurants in Atlanta GA and several other businesses. She has an Interior Design Degree as well as a Degree in Education. Wendy became a Realtor in 2011; in her typical style to stay on top and remain educated for her clients she obtained her designations as a seller representative specialist, real estate negotiation expert as well as an accredited buyer representative.  These designations are no easy task! Wendy became a member of the Realtors Honor Society in 2017. She has years of expertise with Buyers, Sellers, Short Sales, Foreclosures, New Construction and Property Management. She is thrilled to be a part of Coldwell Banker Trahan Real Estate Group. When she is not working hard for her clients she enjoys spending time with her husband, 3 children, and her grandchildren.
